Angels Media Ltd owns The ValPal Network.
1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. 2. The prize draw is being run by Angels Media Ltd in partnership with Corporate 5s Cup. Eligibility to enter 3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and wanting to attend the ValPal Network Cup tournament on the 15th of May 2025. 4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to attend the event should you win. 5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted. 6. The prize draw is free to enter. How to enter 7. The prize draw will include all valid entries from 8am on the 21st of March of 2025 up until 11:59pm BST on the 3rd of April 2025. Entries after this time will not be included in the draw. 8. To enter the prize draw simply enter your details into the above form and submit the form. 9. Angels Media Ltd will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. The prize 10. The prize will be one team's free entry into the ValPal Network Cup tournament on the 15th of May 2025. The winners will have the choice of a free team's entry into the 5-a-side Football tournament. The Football tournament is 5-a-side, but each team may bring a squad of up to 7 players. 11. Angels Media Ltd’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. 12. The winner will be drawn at random. 13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. 14. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. 15. The decision of Angels Media Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. Winner announcement 16. The winner will be notified on the 4th of April 2025 via the email or phone number provided in their entry and may be announced publicly via the Angels Media and ValPal Network Social Media Channels. 17. Corporate 5s Cup or Angels Media Ltd will attempt to contact the winner by email or phone call up to two times. 18. If the winner does not respond to the emails or phone calls notifying them of their win within 7 days of the second email or phone call, they will lose their right to the prize, and Angels Media Ltd reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. Receipt of the prize 19. Angels Media Ltd or Corporate 5s Cup will liaise with the winning entry to arrange their team's free entry into the ValPal Network Cup. Should Angels Media Ltd or Corporate 5s Cup be unable to arrange this entry due to a lack of communication from the winning entry, or the winning entry's inability to provide a minimum 5-person team for the event by the 18th of April 2025, the winning entry will lose their right to the prize and Angels Media Ltd or Corporate 5 Cup reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. Data protection and publicity 20. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Angels Media Ltd and Corporate 5s Cup for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice, including adding you to our marketing list and contacting you about our products and services using the information supplied in the entry. 21. You may unsubscribe at any time using the contact details in our Privacy Policy. 22. The winner agrees to the release of their first name, last name and place of work to any other prize draw participants if requested via Angels Media Ltd or Corporate 5s cup. 23. An announcement of the winners first name, last name and place of work will be made via Angels Media Ltd’s social media accounts and Corporate 5s Cup's social media accounts. 24. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Angels Media Ltd’s Privacy Notice and Corporate 5s Cup's Privacy Notice. Limitation of Liability 25. Angels Media Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Angels Media Ltd does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence. 26. Angels Media Ltd does not provide any form of practical support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to the product are that of the prize winner. General 27. Angels Media Ltd reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. 28. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
