In order to claim your free Tenant Reference, download our easy to use application form. The free reference is valid for 12 months from date you took out the policy.
Once you’ve purchased a policy from HomeLet, you can then include the details at the top of the application form.
The form needs to be completed by you and the tenant, and then simply email it over to HomeLet at landlordapplications@homelet.co.uk and we’ll take it from there.
HomeLet reserves the right to remove or change this offer at anytime.
If you subsequently cancel your HomeLet policy within the first term, then we reserve the right to apply a charge for the Enhance reference.
If you would like to upgrade your reference to an Optimum, or a Rent Guarantee, please let us know and we will advise what the cost to upgrade your reference will be.
